As of May 16th, 2008, San Juan County requires all Manufactured Homes (new or used) to have a placement permit PRIOR to transport from any location to any location in the unicorporated areas under county jurisdiction.

Permits will be issued five working days from date of request and must be picked up at 209 S. Oliver, Aztec NM, 87410.

All appropriate tax documentation and Rural Addressing Updates, must be completed prior to permit being issued. CHECK LIST
