Under Section 311 of Title III of the Super fund Amendments and Reauthorization Act (SARA), copies of MSDSs for chemicals that require reporting, or a single list of all those chemicals requiring reporting, grouped by hazard category, must be sent to the State Emergency Response Commission (SERC), LEPC, local fire department, and applicable tribal agencies.  (Note: if you use the Tier2 Submit software and send your report to the State electronically, you do not have to also send MSDSs.)  Under Section 312, the specific Tier II data on all chemicals requiring reporting must be sent to the SERC, LEPC, local fire department, and applicable tribal agencies.

The San Juan County LEPC receives no operational funding.  The LEPC activities are supported through your contributions.  This assistance is used to provide services to the local community for emergency response planning and education.  With your 2011 reporting, we are requesting a contribution matching your amount sent to the State, payable to the San Juan County LEPC.

NEW!!  We can now accept your payment online through paypal.
